Walk To Defeat ALS®
Since 2000, the Walk to Defeat ALS® has raised more than $82 million in support of The ALS Association’s mission: to create a world without ALS. Across the state of Texas, in cities like Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, Texans come together once a year to walk a few miles, and in turn, provide hope for people living with ALS.

Community Of Hope
The Community of Hope is a digital community of tribute funds that have been created by supporters who want to establish a lasting legacy in honor or memory of a loved one with ALS. Tribute fund web pages are fully customizable, and they allow you to set goals, track your progress, upload your story, and engage their personal networks through social media, email, and your own Community of Hope blog. It’s easy to get started, and we can help you with any questions you’ve got along the way.
The ALS Promise Fund is a great way to set up an ongoing donation in memory or honor of a loved one with ALS. This special fund is set up with a minimum commitment of $25,000, which can be paid out over the course of five years. The ALS Promise Fund also includes an online, permanent tribute to your loved one and can include your family’s story, a spoken remembrance, and photos of your loved one.
